Letters for a Paper Anniversary

For their paper wedding anniversary, I invited Mathilde & Ed to do something simple: write each other a letter and exchange it during their couple photoshoot in Portugal.

So this session became more than just photos.
It became a quiet pause to remember what they built together.

We walked through the green hills near Sintra, sat in the grass, read words meant only for each other and watched the sunset over the ocean. No complicated posing — just real moments, movement, wind in their hair and the feeling of being fully present together.

This is the kind of couple photography I love most: personal, story-driven and emotionally honest. A slow anniversary photoshoot in Portugal, created around real memories instead of perfect scenarios.
