Above the Ocean

This maternity photoshoot was a story of quiet love and soft wind — captured on a mountain top where the land meets the sky. We met at golden hour, just in time to watch the sun wrap the Atlantic in light, with cliffs below and clouds above.

The couple had brought along their two dachshunds — loyal, curious, and full of character. Watching them explore the rocks and sit proudly by their humans made the entire scene feel like a little fairytale.

As a maternity photographer in Portugal, I love weaving real stories into each frame. This session felt like a gentle pause in their life — a moment to honour the now, before everything changes.
